(1)Feeding device: The Flute Laminating Machine first feeds the corrugated board and face paper (or other materials to be laminated) into the machine through the feeding device. The feeding device usually includes a paper conveyor belt, chain, and other transmission devices to ensure that the paper can enter the next process smoothly and accurately.
(2)Positioning device: Before entering the laminating process, the corrugated board and the top sheet need to be accurately aligned by means of a positioning device. The positioning device uses sensors, positioning claws or mechanical positioning structures to ensure that the two sheets are aligned in terms of width, length, etc. for subsequent lamination.
(1)Gluing device: On one side of the corrugated board, the gluing device applies glue evenly. The purpose of the glue is to firmly bond the corrugated board to the face paper. The gluing device usually consists of a glue tank, a glue roller and a transmission device. The transmission device drives the glue roller to rotate and evenly apply glue to the cardboard.
(2)Laminating Mechanism: The glued corrugated board and face paper enter the laminating mechanism. The laminating mechanism uses pressure rollers, press boards and other devices to apply appropriate pressure to the two sheets of paper to make them fit together tightly. During this process, the glue cures rapidly under pressure, forming a strong adhesive layer.
(1)Drying device (in some models): In order to improve bond strength and drying speed, some Flute Laminating Machine are equipped with a drying device. The drying device accelerates the evaporation of water in the glue by heating, so that the adhesive layer reaches the curing state more quickly.
(2)Forming and cutting: After lamination, the paper enters the forming and cutting process. Here, the paper is cut and folded according to pre-determined sizes and shapes, ultimately forming the desired cartons, boxes and other products. The forming and cutting units are usually equipped with high-precision moulds and knives to ensure the dimensional accuracy and appearance quality of the products.
(1)Quality control: Throughout the production process, the corrugated laminator will perform quality control at all stages. Through sensors, monitoring systems and other equipment, it monitors the processes of paper conveying, gluing and laminating in real time to ensure that the quality of the product meets standards.
(2)Output: After completing all processes, the corrugated laminator will output finished cartons, boxes and other packaging products to a designated location. Output devices usually include conveyor belts, palletisers and other equipment that can efficiently collate, stack and transport products to the next process or warehouse.
